About Us
INTRODUCTION
Our story starts way back, when we started from scratch.
CRCI, Church is a dedicated non-profit, faith-based organization committed to serve and uplift the vulnerable Christian community, particularly in underserved and marginalized areas. Established in 2008 and rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, CRCI Church exists to proclaim the Gospel, restore hope and offer compassionate support to those facing spiritual, social and economic challenges. CRCI Church is founded with a vision to bring holistic transformation, reaching the unreached communities, particularly the Christian community in Pakistan.
CRCI Church provides a platform for worship, discipleship, and community engagement. Our ministries focus on strengthening faith, promoting education, empowering youth, supporting widows and orphans, and responding to the urgent needs of the poor and oppressed. We believe that the Church is not just a building, but a living body of believers called to be the hands and feet of Christ.
Through prayer gatherings, leadership development, and charitable services, CRCI Church actively works to foster unity, spiritual growth, and social justice. We are deeply committed to stand with persecuted and vulnerable Christians, advocating for their rights, and creating opportunities for sustainable development and peace.

Rev. Javed Niamat – Director
Rev. Javed serves as Director & Chairman of CRCI Church, providing spiritual leadership and pastoral oversight while guiding the mission and administration of the church with excellence. He supervises multiple churches and schools, ensuring spiritual growth, quality education, and effective management across communities. Through the Capacity Building Center, he leads training programs, skill development initiatives, and community empowerment projects that equip individuals and organizations to thrive.
Mr. Inderyas Niamat – Principal St. Andrew’s School, Sikanderabad
Mr. Inderyas has been serving as Principal of St. Andrew’s English Medium High School for the past 23 years and Vice-Chairman of CRCI for last 17 years. Under his leadership, the school provides a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment where both academic excellence and character development are prioritized. He oversees academics, guides teachers and staff, and works closely with parents and the community to build strong partnerships that foster student success and the overall growth of the school.
Mr. Adnan Anwer – Principal St. Andrew’s School, Haricamp
Mr. Adnan serves as the Principal of St. Andrew’s English Medium High School, Haricamp Branch. With over 16 years of experience in education and administration, including 13 years with the Catholic Board of Education and 3 years as Provincial Coordinator at Jaan Care International, he brings strong leadership and vision to the school. Holding a Bachelor’s in Commerce and dual Master’s degrees in MBA and English, along with international training exposure, Mr. Anwer is dedicated to foster academic excellence, discipline, and holistic student development.
Mr. Imran Boota – Capacity Building Center
Mr. Imran Boota serves as instructor and manages the CBC. He comes over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience, having served at St. Bonaventure’s Higher Secondary School as Assistant to the Administrator and supervisor at Capacity Building Programs of the Diocese of Hyderabad, Church of Pakistan. He holds a Software Engineering degree from Mehran University, an MBA in Management, and has pursued advanced studies in Ecumenical Studies at the Bossey Ecumenical Institute, Switzerland. In addition, he has designed and manages this website.
